Speed-to-lead for small service businesses

Answer every lead in under a minute.

Your form or inbox hands the lead to Firstreply. It scores the lead against your rubric, replies with a personal note and three real slots, and books the meeting when they pick one. You approve every reply until you decide to trust it.

Example: a website enquiry from Priya Raman at Lumen Clinics, scored high fit at 84, and the reply Firstreply drafted 48 seconds later with three meeting times and a booking link. It waits for your approval.

Subject Re: Patient intake for the two new sites

Hi Priya,

Thanks for getting in touch. Two new sites at once is when intake gets messy, so it’s worth a proper look before Q4. Would a 30-minute call suit? These times are free:

  • Tue 6 Oct, 10:30–11:00 BST
  • Wed 7 Oct, 14:00–14:30 BST
  • Thu 8 Oct, 09:30–10:00 BST

Or pick another time: /b/fernway

Sam, Fernway

Most enquiries wait days for a first answer. The fast replies win.

  • only 4.7% reply within five minutes

How it works

From form to booked meeting, with you in the loop.

Four steps, timed on the example lead from the top of the page. The first three take under a minute; the fourth waits on the person you're talking to.

    Score

Firstreply reads the lead’s public website, then scores the lead from 0 to 100 against a rubric you write in plain English. You see the score and each reason, so you can tell why a lead is high or low fit. Spam is archived; low fit gets a kind decline for you to approve.

Approval

You approve every reply until you say otherwise.

Every draft lands in an approval queue with the lead, the score reasons and the slots it offers. Send it as written, edit it, or reject it. On the Free plan that is how every reply goes out.

On Pro you can turn on auto-reply for the leads you would never turn away: a score of 70 or more and a draft confidence of 0.8 or more. Everything else still waits for you.

Two kinds of message always wait, whatever the setting: declines, and anything that mentions pricing. Those deserve your judgement, not a threshold.

ProAuto-reply rule

never: declines, anything about pricing

Boundaries

What it will and won’t do.

Inbound only
It answers people who contacted you. It cannot import a list, start a conversation, or send cold outreach of any kind.
Reads only the lead’s public website
Enrichment fetches the homepage of the lead’s email domain, respects robots.txt, and skips free-mail domains. No data brokers, no social profiles.
Every model call is logged
Each score and draft records the model, prompt version, tokens and time taken, next to the lead it was for.
Synthetic demo data
The demo loads twelve invented leads from fictional companies, and outgoing email lands in an in-app outbox. Please keep real customer details out of it.

Questions

Things people ask first.

Does it email people who didn’t contact us?

No. Firstreply only answers people who wrote to you first, through your form, your webhook or a forwarded email. There is no way to import a list or start a conversation, and it never cold-emails anyone.

What if none of the slots work?

Most people say so in a sentence: “Tuesday doesn’t work, Thursday afternoon?” Firstreply reads the reply, checks the time they proposed against your availability, and books it if it is free. If it isn’t, it drafts a counter with two nearby times for you to approve. Every reply also carries your booking page link, so they can pick any open time themselves.

Can it book straight into Google Calendar?

Not yet. Today it books against built-in availability (your days, hours, meeting length, buffer and notice) and sends a confirmation with an .ics invite that any calendar accepts. Google Calendar sync, including your busy times, is next.

What about spam?

The hosted form has a hidden honeypot field; anything that fills it is marked spam and archived without a reply. The scorer can also mark a lead as spam, and those are archived the same way. You can still see them on the leads board.

Where does the reply come from?

A language model drafts it from the lead’s message, a short summary of their public website, the score reasons, and the voice and offer you set. Rules then check the draft: all three slots and the booking link word for word, no pricing promises, nothing about their company beyond what their website says, 60 to 180 words, and a sign-off.

A draft that fails a check waits for you instead of sending. Every model call is logged with the model, prompt version, tokens and time taken.

Your next enquiry could hear back before they close the tab.
